Online RSVP

Online wedding RSVP: every guest replies through their own link

No more lists in a notebook and answers scattered across three chats. With EverAfter, the reply form sits at the end of each guest’s invitation. Guests answer in a few taps on their phone, with no app and no account, and every reply lands in one guest list.

Create your draft for free. Publish for CHF 49, once.

This is the form your guests see, in the design of the sample invitation. Fill it in as Sofia would: nothing is sent or saved.

What your guests can tell you

Whether they are coming, first of all. Those who come say how many people they bring and their names, up to the number you allow for that guest, how many children, and any dietary needs or allergies. Add your own questions as free text, one choice or several, and ask some of them only of guests who are coming.

A reply-by date, and reminders in moderation

Set the date by which you need the answers; the invitation shows it to every guest. Until then, guests can change their reply through the same link. If someone with an email address stays quiet, send them a reminder by email: three at most, three days apart, and never to anyone who has already replied.

Everything in one list

Your guest list shows who has opened the invitation, who is coming and who has declined. Filter it by group or by status to see who still owes you an answer. When the caterer asks for numbers, export the replies as a CSV file, with the names of plus-ones, children, dietary needs, allergies and messages.

Questions in every guest’s language

Your guests read the reply form in their own language: German, French, Italian or English. The form’s own words come translated, and you write each of your questions once in your main language, then add its translation beside it, as you do for the rest of the invitation.

Questions about online RSVPs

Do our guests need an app or an account to reply?

No. Each guest opens their personal link in the browser on their phone or computer and replies on the invitation itself. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.

Can a guest change their reply?

Yes. They open the same link and update their answer until your reply-by date. After that date the form closes, and the invitation asks them to contact you directly.

Can one guest reply for their whole family?

Yes, if you allow it: for each guest you set how many people and children may come with them. They add those names to their reply, and your list counts everyone who is coming.

Can we ask about meals or the shuttle?

Yes. Your own questions can be free text, a single choice or several choices, each required or optional. Say you are coming in the example above to see two of them: a song and the shuttle.
