The service
EverAfter is operated by Floriel Fedry at ever-after.ch. For questions, payment problems or refund requests, contact support@full-human.com. The service lets you create one wedding invitation website, share personal guest links and collect replies.
Price and duration
The package costs CHF 49 in one payment and includes 24 months of publishing access from the successful payment date. There is no automatic renewal. Drafting and previewing are free. Payment unlocks publishing; you decide when to publish. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed terms and can be managed in account settings.
Before paying
Review your invitation, the total price and these terms before completing Stripe Checkout. You can leave checkout without paying. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. The package does not include a custom domain or services not described in the offer.
Expiry and refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@full-human.com. A full refund ends guest access. A partial refund leaves the original expiry unchanged. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. At expiry, guest access and new replies close. Your account can still access and export saved responses until you delete the account.
Your content and guest links
You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store, display and translate it to provide the service. Only upload content you may use and guest information you are entitled to share. Keep your account and personal guest links secure: anyone with a guest link can see that invitation and submit or change its reply.
Translations and support
Translations are entered manually. Review every language version before publishing. Contact support if something fails. We may perform maintenance and suspend abusive or unlawful use; this does not remove any mandatory rights you have.
Your account
You may stop sharing or unpublish your invitation at any time. Account deletion removes your invitation and guest data from the active application. Download your data first. Deletion does not automatically request or issue a refund.
